Contractor will provide a total of ten (10) nitrogen gas tanks onsite. Tank refills will occur at the loading dock of Bldg. 84T. Contractor will fill the 230-liter nitrogen tanks on-site from its microbulk truck instead of exchanging full tanks for empty tanks. Based on the conversion factor of 1 liter + 0.246 ccf, a 230-liter tank holds 56.85 ccf. Tanks shall not exceed 61-7/8" x 26" in diameter and have roller casters 26" in diameter. The tanks will be refilled on an as needed basis. 2. The contractor must retrieve the empty tanks from the nitrogen storage room (Rm 142) and return full tanks to same. 3. Contractor must be able to refill tanks on a weekly basis. 4. Contractor must leave a signed delivery ticket stating the total volume delivered at the time of dilivery and a total price of liquid nitrogen delivered. 5. Contract is not to exceed $40,000. 6. As used in this clause-- "Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DoDAAC)" is a six position code that uniquely identifies a unit, activity, or organization. "Document type" means the type of payment request or receiving report available for creation in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). "Local processing office (LPO)" is the office responsible for payment certification when payment certification is done external to the entitlement system. (b) Electronic invoicing. The WAWF system is the method to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports, as authorized by DFARS 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. Common parent, as used in this provision, means that corporate entity that owns or controls an affiliated group of corporations that files its Federal income tax returns on a consolidated basis, and of which the offeror is a member. Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), as used in this provision, means the number required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to be used by the offeror in reporting income tax and other returns.
