Description

Statement of Requirements This solicitation uses a Brand Name or Equal Description of the product required. This permits prospective contractors to offer products other than those specifically referenced by brand name. All offers must work with existing equipment that has already been purchased and is currently in use at the station: Phillips iE33 Unit. The St. Louis VAMC is planning to solicit quotes to provide (1 ea.) AIM (Analog Interface Module) Ultrasound Unit (Circuit Board) for a Phillips iE33as Brand Name or Equal that can meet the requirements of this RFQ. Complete requirements shall include specifications as listed below. All Offerors shall include a copy of the equipment brochure which clearly defines the equal product. Any information submitted by an offeror for consideration will not be returned and will remain the property of the VA. Must meet or equal the following characteristics as stated below and as per Price/ Cost Schedule: 1 (ea.) Item #453561210221 - AIM (Analog Interface Module) Ultrasound Unit (Circuit Board) for a Phillips iE33 oThis unit must be compatible with the existing Phillips iE33 Unit already at the station
