Description

Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC) requires the development of an Engineering Software Support Station (ES3) for the AN/TPT-T1(V) Unmanned Threat Emitter (UMTE). The ES3 will enable the Air Force to provide organic maintenance and sustainment of the UMTE system software. This equipment will be managed by the UMTE System Program Office and installed at Hill AFB, Utah. The ES3 shall include the necessary hardware and software to emulate the radar pedestal, transmitters, remote emitter control unit, servo system, receiver, camera and remote power unit. The ES3 shall include the required programming tools to support the native operating systems, network environments, custom applications and drivers. Furthermore, the contractor shall deliver any proprietary software and software licenses associated with third party software installed on the ES3. Manuals and drawings that describe the operation, set-up, programming etc., of the ES3 shall also be included. Responsed to this Sources Sought are due by COB (MST) on 11 December 2013. The ROM is due by COB (MST) on 3 January 2014.
