- This pre-solicitation notice is for lodging and incidental services in Las Vegas, NV. Hotel shall be within 25 miles of McCarran International Airport, 5757 Wayne Newton Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 5 - 9 Dec 13. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, as noted in the solicitation and Performance Work Statement. Specific tasks include lodging (47 rooms for varying nights), lunch buffet, audio visual equipment, and breakout/conference rooms. This acquisition is a total small business set aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 721110 and a size standard of $30 Million. (This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable). The solicitation will be posted 29 Nov 13 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation.
