- This announcement constitutes a Source Sought Synopsis (Market Survey). This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The installation Contracting Office Ft-Riley is performing market research for Medical Dictation System Software. If a new requirement is awarded; it will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract with a Three (3) month service with the period from (1 January 2014 thru 31 March 2014). The primary type of work will include facilities support services under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811212. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $25 mil average annual revenue for the last three fiscal years. Working under this requirement the contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, services and materials for the installation and maintenance of Medical Dictation System software and related services through Irwin Army Community Hospital. Work to be performed will be those services in the Schedules awarded to the contractor as outlined in individual Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) items. Tasks by type includes add, move, change, misuse, disaster, Acts of God, listening devices, foot controls, damage from computer viruses. Types of services are reflected in the following chart showing which tasks normally apply to each type of move. Specific requirements for each task are described below. If specific instructions or requirements are not provided, commercial standards of services and best business practices are acceptable. Fusion Voice Dictation System Software and support to include Server Port Software. Three (3) Fusion Voice Manager Licenses; Eight (8) Fusion Player Licenses; Six (6) Dictation Stations; and Two Hands Free Stations with Microphones. Hours of support will be 8:00 a.m.-5:00 Mon thru Fri. Contractor shall respond within 1 business day. Response shall be via telephone call or on-site visit as appropriate. Service excludes: add, move, change, misuse, disaster, Acts of God, listening devices, foot controls, damage from computer viruses. Text System Software Support. Dolbey Fusion Text System Software Support. Includes Updates and New Additions to the medical word processing system software currently in the IACH computer room and in the medical records room computers. Hours of support will be 24 hrs/7days a week. Contractor shall respond within 1 business day. Response shall be via VPN, telephone or on-site visit as appropriate. 01 JAN 2013 THRU 31 March 2014 Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Governments needs no later than the 15th day after this notice is posted.
