Description

VISN 10 Louis Stoke Cleveland VAMC Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to Metro Medical Equipment & Supply for the procurement of a Zeiss Cirrus HD-OCT (Model 4000) with license features, Advanced RPE, EDI, GCA and Anterior Segment, printer and table. The estimated dollar value is between $70,000 and $80,000. NAICS code #333314, with a size standard of 500 employees, applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
