Must also provide capabilities of single and dual layer skin closure, needle decompression, central venous access, chest tube insertion, rapid infusion, intra-osseous access and portable cautery. oExpectant - must include all items for personal protective equipment, palliative care, and post-mortem handling of deceased. "All items needed per capability are to be pre-packaged within an upright organizer with clear pockets for ease of recognition and collapsible stand or a wheeled case with partitioned drawers. Each organizer/case is to be labeled as to capability. "All organizers/stands must be contained within color-coded rolling chests and labeled according to triage category. "Wheeled cases are to be color-coded and labeled according to triage category. "System is to include an operators manual providing: oThe critical data (manufacturer, lot/serial #, temperature parameters, expiration date, location & quantity) of each item oPictures of all upright organizers and cases along with individual drawer pictures oMaterial safety data sheets oDeployment procedures "Vendor is to provide 2-day training to staff for System familiarization and patient movement
