- AMENDMENT 0001 AMENDMENT 0001 - The reason for this amendment is to remove the small business set-aside, extend the closing date, and add additional CLIN information. Clause 52.219-4 and 252.223-7007 w ill be added. Clauses 52.219-6 and 52.219-28 w ill be removed. The following additional CLIN information will be added: Early and partial deliveries accepted at no additional cost to the government. In order to be eligible to aw ard, vendors must be able to pass a preaward safety survey from a DCMA Representitive. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
