The place for receipt of proposals remains Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office, 500 Fir Street, Boulder City, Nevada 89005. Acknowledgement: See block 11 above regarding how to acknowledge this amendment. The acknowledgement must be received at the place designated for receipt of offers. Proposal Modification: See block 11 above if you have submitted your proposal and now desire to modify it or withdraw it.
