Description

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment and incidentals to install HVAC systems and associated work in Rooms B338, B339 and B340 and Room SB341 (mechanical room) in the Rayburn House Office Building (RHOB). Scope of Work includes controls work of the mechanical systems, hydronic piping, ductwork, insulation, electrical, etc. Contractor shall coordinate all work with the AOC Construction Division, in-house shops and other contractors. The solicitation shall be issued on or about January 16, 2014. The due date for receipt of bids shall be on or about March 14, 2014. The solicitation shall be available electronically at the FedBizOps website on the date of issuance. Date of site visit and preaward conference TBD. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO DOWNLOAD THE ELECTRONIC VERSION AS THIS WILL EXPEDITE RECEIPT OF THE SOLICITATION. DRAWINGS SHALL BE AVAILBLE ON CD AND CAN BE PICKED UP FROM THE CONTRACTING OFFICER OR MAILED UPON REQUEST. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $600,000.00. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO MONITOR THIS SITE FOR ALL CHANGES!!
