This is sources sought announcement only. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, and the Durham Veteran Affair Medical Center located: 508 Fulton Street, Durham, North Carolina anticipates a delivery requirement for Intuitive Surgery Instruments DA VINICI SYSTEMS. Instruments to be delivery are as follows: 1.FORCEPS, SURGICAL ROBOT, CADIERE, ENDOWRIST, DA VINCI 2.ELECTROCAUTERY, SURGICAL ROBOT, FENESTRATED FORCEPS, ENDOWRIST 3.MEGA SUTURE CUTTER NEEDLE DRIVER 4.THORACIC GRASPER 5. FORCEPS, SURGICAL ROBOT, ENDOWRIST, 6. NEEDLE DRIVER, SURGICAL ROBOT, LARGE, ENDOWRIST 7.ELECTROCAUTERY, SURGICAL ROBOT, CURVED SCISSORS, ENDOWRIST, Place of Performance - all work shall be completed at: DURHAM VAMC 508 Fulton Street Durham, NC 27705-3897 Attn: BLDG 1 The appropriate NAICS Code 339112 and the small business size standard are 500.
