This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the Bath, New York VA Medical Center will be posting a solicitation on or about December 19, 2013 for replacement of the coils and associated valves for the air handlers within building 78 at the Bath VAMC, Bath, NY. Work shall be performed in accordance with construction drawings and specifications and other standards and regulations as detailed or specified. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses'. The NAICS code is 238220. The small business standard is $33.5M. The cost range is $25,000 - $100,000. A complete scope of work, specification, drawings, and information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the solicitation.
