- The United States Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Buffalo Turbine LLC for four Hydraulic Debris Blower Units with spare parts for Government testingtest assets with the option to purchase two additional Diesel powered Debris Blowers Units. The estimated period of performance is six months. ACC-WRN plans to negotiate solely with Buffalo Turbine LLC as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1 for fulfillment of the requirement. This requirement will be solicited by RFP W56HZV-14-R-0019. This solicitation will be issued on or about January 6th, 2013, closing February 6th. The solicitation pertaining to this notice will not be available until approximately 15 days from the date of this notice. Contractors should not call the Contract Specialist seeking either the solicitation or the drawings as they will not be available until approximately days of this notice.
