- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The solicitation document, F2DCCE3311A001, is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66. The associated NAICS code is 511210, small business size standard is: $35,500,000. This RFQ is not a small business set-aside. This requirement is for the following products: Item 0001 MATLAB Software (MLALL) QTY:4 *Includes: First Year MathWorks Software Maintenance Service Item 0002 Polyspace Bug Finder (BFALL) QTY: 6 *Includes: First Year MathWorks Software Maintenance Service Item 0003 Polyspace Code Prover (PBALL) QTY: 2 *Includes: First Year MathWorks Software Maintenance Service Item 0004 Parallel Computing Toolbox (DMALL) QTY: 4 *Includes: First Year MathWorks Software Maintenance Service Item 0005 MATLAB Distrib computing Server 16 pack (DW16) QTY:2 *Includes: First Year MathWorks Software Maintenance Service The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items, applies; the only evaluation factors being price and technical acceptance. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. If offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically via https://www.acquisition.gov, offeror shall complete and submit only paragraphs 52.212-3(b), Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, (below) with the offer. (1) Annual Representations and Certifications. Any changes provided by the offeror in paragraph (b)(2) of this provision do not automatically change the representations and certifications posted on the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website.
