- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for a truck with 3 way tipper and loading crane for DLRC Stuttgart. The closing date for this solicitation is 13 December 2013. All quotations must be received via e-mail no later than 17:00 hours CEST on 13 December 2013. All questions pertaining to this RFQ must be in writing, submitted via e-mail and received by the 409th CSB/Theatre Contracting Center (TCC) no later than 17:00 hours CEST on 2 December 2013. The Contracting NCO for this solicitation is Sergeant First Class Daniel A. Maine. The Contracting Officer for this Solicitation is Mr. Todd M. Stackhouse.
