Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: P14PS00087 and is issued as an Request for Quote. This RFQ incorporated provision and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-70 Effective September 30, 2013. This acquisition has been set-a-side for small business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562111. The small business size standard is less than $35.50 Millon. This Acquisition may result in a firm fixed contract with a base plus 4 option years. The acquisition is in support of Devils Tower National Monument providing for the collection and disposal of solid waste. Devils Tower National Monument is located in north eastern Wyoming 10 miles west of Hulett, Wyoming and 28 miles northwest from Sundance, Wyoming. Provide for the collection and disposal of six (6) four cubic yard solid waste containers throughout Devils Tower National Monument. Waste containers are located at Belle Fourche River Campground (2), Devils Tower Picnic Area (1), Employee housing area (2), and Maintenance Shop (1).
