- Statement of Work for janitorial services at the NWS Forecast Office located in St. Charles, MO. Request for Quotation (RFQ) for janitorial services at the NWS Forecast Office located in St. Charles, MO. The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA/Eastern Region Acquisition Division-Kansas City, Missouri (ERAD-KC) and the National Weather Service (NWS) has a requirement for a contractor to provide janitorial services for the NWS Forecast Office, located in St. Charles, Missouri. The Government intends to establish a contract for a base and four (4) option years. This requirement is a small business set-aside. This service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Offerors may submit their proposal to email address karen.l.christian@noaa.gov or fax to 727-664-3622. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561720. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the Agency. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless they are registered in SAM. The Request for Quotation (RFQ), Statement of Work (SOW), and terms and conditions are attached to this notice. The Department of Labor Wage Determination can be found at www.wdol.gov. All interested parties are required to sign, date and provide a DUN & Bradstreet number with their quote before submitting to the U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA/ERAD, ATTN: Karen Christian, Room 1756, 601 East 12th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64106. Quotes must be received on or before the date and time referenced on RFQ.
