- The 414th CSB through the Regional Contracting Office Africa is soliciting quotations for the following: JWICS Network Cable Installation Services 1.DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE REQUESTED:All labor and services associated with the installation of JWICS Network. 2.Place of Performance: Camp Lemonjier, Djibouti 4.METHOD OF CONTRACTING AND AWARD: The method of contracting will be Request for Quote, Lowest Price. Award will be made to a single offeror on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of quote, meeting the Government's requirement. The Government intends to evaluate quotes, and award a contract without discussion with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial quote should contain the offeror's best terms from a price standpoint. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. 5.TYPE OF CONTRACT: The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price.
