- Sources Sought Synopsis C-130 ITS Sources Sought Synopsis C-130 Instrumentation Test Set (ITS) We are conducting a market survey to identify potential sources that have the expertise, and experience to design/prototype a C-130 Instrumentation Test Set for use by United States Air Force (USAF) C-130 maintainers. Caution: This questionnaire/survey is for the purpose of obtaining information relative to an upcoming procurement action in the Automated Test Systems Division at Robins AFB, GA. The Services Contracting Office within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center will serve as the procuring organization. Companies are encouraged to provide responses to this questionnaire but are advised that their participation is voluntary and no reimbursement of any kind will be provided. Likewise, a company's participation in the market research via this questionnaire does not obligate the Government to enter into any contractual agreement, either formally or informally, with a company. Interested contractors should complete the attached SSS survey document IAW the instructions therein.
