A.CHANGES TO FED-BIZ-OPS NOTICE SOURCES SOUGHT VA246-14-R-0009 PUBLISHED ON 11/6/2013 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Qualified SDVOSB firms are required to submit five (5) hard copies of the SF 330s (which can be downloaded from www.gsa.gov/forms) and Supplemental Information (see Attachment 1), and one (1) CD which contains digital copies of the SF 330s and Supplemental Information. All packages shall be submitted no later than 3:30 PM, EST on December 17, 2013. B.RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS FROM INTERESTED FIRMS "Question 1: As I am working on my submittal, it occurs to me that the required Attachment 1 - SF330 Supplemental Information is nearly identical to the information that will be presented in the SF330. The information presented in both formats is likely to be largely duplicative. In order to make the evaluation of submittals less cumbersome, would you prefer that respondents only complete either the SF330 or the Supplemental Information? Or a different combination thereof? Would it be possible obtain clarification in an amendment, please? The intent of the supplemental information was just to clarify/amplify the SF330 submission. Please refer to A above. "Question 2: The solicitation states first that firms are required to submit two hard copies of the SF330s and Supplemental Information, and one CD. It later states that firms are required to provide five bound hard copies and one CD. Would it be possible obtain clarification in an amendment, please? Please refer to A above. "Question 3: Does the VA intend to have two packages delivered from each offeror? No, please refer to A above. "Question 4: For #7 Program Management Process / Plan - Please clarify what the VA expects the offeror to answer in this section. Is the VA looking for a project-specific approach and schedule? Clarification of #7 can be found at ATTACHMENT 1. "Question 5: For #1 Professional Qualifications - What is a "Summary Disclosure"? Are you only looking for resumes in this section? Clarification of #1can be found at ATTACHMENT 1. "Question 6: For #1 Professional Qualifications and #2 Recent Specialized Experience & Technical Competence - Are SF330 format resumes and project data sheets acceptable for the Supplemental Information section? Yes, if the SF330 answers what is requested in the supplemental information. "Question 7: For #3 Capacity to Accomplish Work - Do we need to supply workload information for teaming members? Show the team's capacity to accomplish the work if submitting as a team. We speak of the "firm" in our instructions; of course this includes the prime contractor and all their sub/team members. "Question 8: For #4 Past Performance - Do the Past Performance Questionnaires need to be for design projects only, or are construction projects acceptable? Do the questionnaires need to be for the projects listed in #2 - Recent Specialized Experience? Clarification of #7 can be found at ATTACHMENT 1. "Question 9: For #8 - Record of Significant Claims - Do teaming partners need to submit information for this section? Yes.
