- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Contracting Office, Fort Wainwright, Alaska has a requirement for Medical Evacuation Services. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract and the procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code for this service is 621910 (Air Ambulance Services) with a size standard of #33.5M. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement. Inquiries will only be addressed by EMAIL ONLY. Forward any questions to mark.a.puhak.civ@mail.mil.
