- THIS PR IS BEING RESOLICITED. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TO DIBBS 24 DECEMBER 2013 AND WILL CLOSE 23 JANUARY 2014. NSN 5910-01-553-4185, CAPACITOR, FIXED, MET, 24A LASER LINE SCAN N35 NAVY, PR# 0048772507, P/N: 8478A30H01; this is a not Critical Application (CI). This is not a Critical Safety Application (CSI) item and is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a proprietary item to Northrop Grumman coded 3D. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman CAGE 31442, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval package for evaluation for future procurements. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price, no options contract; the solicitation issue date is 24 DECEMBER 2013 closing on 23 JANUARY 2014. DELIVERY: 143 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 122 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT: Origin. FOB Origin. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
