Description
Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A). Request for Quotation SF-18 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which includes the attached Request for Quotation SF-18 (RFQ) number HSCG25-14-Q-3L3A26_27. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326113 and the small business size standard is 500employees. This requirement is being solicited with the intent to issue a contract with Reflexite Corporation in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The contract will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedure in accordance with FAR part 13. Please see attached pdf document which describes the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A). The U.S. Coast Guard Base Detachment St. Louis has a requirement to purchase 150 rolls of Retro Reflective Tape, various sizes, kisscut (perforated) at specific predetermined intervals as described in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The FOB Destination delivery is: U.S. Coast Guard Industrial Production Detachment, Attention Mr. Leonard Raasch, Foot of Arsenal St, St, Saint Louis, MO 63118-2603, on or before January 3, 2014. DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS: Contact one of the following individuals TWO (2) working days PROIR to delivery to ensure personnel will be available to offload the material. Mr. Leonard Raasch 314-771-6044 ext 2111, or Mr. James Tepen 314-771-6044 ext 2103 to arrange for off-loading of the material. Hours of operation for the delivery are M-F 8 AM - 2 PM excluding Federal Holidays. Quote should include the following on the attached Request for Quotation (SF 18): (1) Unit and Total price for each line item. (2) The name, address, telephone number, and point of contact of the offeror. (3) Price, availability and any discount terms. We are a Tax Exempt Agency; please do not include Federal or State Taxes in the quoted price. (4) Completed copy of the representations and certifications FAR subpart 52.2(see document titled FAR Clauses attached to this solicitation). (5) Company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. Vendor must be registered or agree to register with System for Award Management, www.sam.gov, formerly known as Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr,gov before the award can be made. Offers are due at Base Detachment St. Louis by 5pm (CST) December 13, 2013.
