- Clauses and specifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-71. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 322230 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Bureau of Fiscal Service has a requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Custom Paper Rolls in accordance with the attached list of Specifications. Roll 1 Specifications: 18" Wide, 24lbs, 50" diameter, 6" core, pinfed, 2 vertical 1/2" tear away, 2 horizontal perfs at 9" and 13", Tick mark left hand side of sheet before every 13" Roll 2 Specifications: 18" Wide, 20lbs, 50" diameter, 6" core, pinfed The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has a requirement for a total of 10 parking spaces with Access Cards a Located within one (1) city block of 1801 L Street, NW Washinton, DC, in accordance with the attached list of Specifications. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (JUL 2013), applies to this acquisition. Addenda to this provision are attached. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (JAN 1999), applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable. Addenda to this provision are attached. Offerors are to include a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial items (AUG 2013), with their offer.
