Delivery will aslo include a Blanket-wrapped Delivery. With this service the equipment will be preassembled at the factory, blanket-wrapped and shipped by special courier. Upon delivery, movers will remove the wrapping and place the equipment into each operatory. Delivery location is the Colorado Springs Clinic at 3139 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. Schedule is dependent upon coordination of construction schedule and will be finalized upon award of contract. Planned installation begins May 5th, 2014, with 5-10 day installation window. If schedule is modified, contractor will be provided at most a 21 day notice for adjustment in schedule. b.Contractor to provide a 48 hour notice of delivery to VA POC. Working hours are during business hours 7:30a - 4:30p. c.Acceptance - Contractor's equipment order, once installed, will be verified by VA Biomedical Engineering Team that equipment is in working condition according to manufacturer's technical specifications for full payment of services. Contractor to provide a specialized personnel, in Dental Operatories, for consultation and oversight for entire scope of work including, planning, installation, delivery, testing, acceptance and certification d.Guarantee - Contractor to provide a warranty (no less than 1 year) unless otherwise noted for equipment performance within manufacturer's specifications; warranty begins at time of VA acceptance of equipment/after inspection. e.Equipment site drawings for the new location will be provided by Contractor f.Contractor to complete at least two (2) site visits prior to installation of operatories and at least one(1) for final review, testing and subsequent acceptance by VA of the operatories for the following: i.Coordination meetings with Construction Contractor and VA point of contact to review space and utility connections to complete design drawings/shop drawings ii.Pre-construction meeting for final review of space iii.Post-construction meeting for review and acceptance of operatories
