- NOTICE: The Government desires to award an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) contract as a result of this solicitation for a period of one year, with 2 one-year options or until the aggregate total of the orders placed against the contract reaches $150,000, for the item of supply listed in the solicitation item description. Any reference to $100,000 as the contract maximum in the solicitation's clauses and provisions of the RFQ is hereby changed to $150,000 per the new simplified acquisition threshold in the FAR effective 10/1/2010. **DLA INTERNET BID BOARD SYSTEM (DIBBS) QUOTATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS SOLICITATION. QUOTES MUST BE SUBMITTED ON A HARD COPY OF THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTE AND FAXED TO LORI BENNETT AT 614-693-1605. The IDPO contract will provide coverage for DLA orders for stock replenishment. Prices shall be FOB Origin. Packaging also shall be packaged standard commercial in accordance with ASTM D 3951. This IDPO solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedures should be followed. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.o.b. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). Offerors are to submit quotes with pricing and delivery for all quantity ranges and option years in accordance with the solicitation requirements to include packaging and a minimum 90 day quote validity period. The pricing provided will apply to all future delivery orders as a result of the IDPO award. Shipping locations within the United States will be specified on each individual delivery order. ***The Government's minimum obligation under the IDPO contract will be the quantity of the first delivery order. This minimum order quantity is inclusive of the entire contract period (base and option year(s)). In no event shall the Government be obligated to place follow-on orders for additional quantities above the minimum under this agreement. ***Estimated Annual Demand: 24,041 each. This is an estimate only and will not be purchased by the IDPO contact. ***Minimum quantity per order: 1,000 each ***Maximum quantity per order: 24,041 each ***OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION. ***OFFERORS MUST IGNORE CLIN LINES FOR PRICE INFORMATION IN SECTION B OF SOLICITATION AND COMPLETE ALL PRICING INFORMATION ON THIS CONTINUATION SHEET.
