- Attachment 05, Amended SOW Amendment 01, SF 30 The purpose of Amendment 01 to Solicitation HSCG23-14-Q-YRP003 is to extend the current solicitation period to 10:00 AM EST on December 16, 2013. In addition, this amendment also makes changes to section 5.1.1 of the Statement of Work (SOW). This change extends the location range to "less than 30 miles". Please see attachment 05, Amended SOW for full detail. _________________________________________________________________________ This notice is for a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Hotel Rooms and Yellow Ribbon Event Accommodations. Please see the attached documents for all of the information regarding this requirement. The Coast Guard requests that only hotel and conference capable facilities respond to this requirement as responses from event planners and related enterprises will not be entertained. If providing a response against this solicitation please be sure to address all of the submission requirements including filling out the provided pricing spreadsheet (attachment 3) as well as the required sections of attachment 2. Attachment 4 is provided to inform interested vendors of the primary mechanism used to ensure the requirements listed in the SOW are met. To increase the likelihood of award selection, vendors are to document in their response adherence to the requirements identified in the SOW and attachment 4. All questions in regards to this solicitation are to be submitted to Tim Gerhart at tim.gerhart@uscg.mil by 10:00 AM EST on November 6.
