(NAMA-LP-13-F-0012) This award was for film preparation; inspection, repair splices add leader prep for transfer after ultrasonic cleaning, rewash treatment-if needed, replasticizer treatment if needed file-to-tape mastering. Telecine Scene-by scene with full color and density correction of digital Betacam Tape Master (BCT-D64L) for 400' 16mm & 35mm Archival cans (97 total cans). This award was made on 8 September, 2013. Upon shipment of 16mm and 35 mm to BonoLabs it was discovered that the library incorrectly estimated the total amount of cans for service. Instead of 97 total cans, the actual count for the cans was 128 or 31 extra cans. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423410 Photographic Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals.
