Description

AMENDMENT #5 - Full and Open Announcement “ FAA Learning Services. This SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.12, Public Announcements. The purpose of SIR amendment #5 is to: (1)Publish the FAA MODIFIED INDUSTRY DAY-DISCUSSION document. The purpose of this document is to provide a published list of inquiries received from the public in response to FAA ™s Modified Industry Day. FAA held a Modified Industry day, December 11, 2013, 2 pm EST; for the Learning Services SIR, DTFAWA-13-R-00021, to allow Interested Parties to submit written questions for further discussion or clarification from the document titled "Government Response to Public Inquires." (2)Provide a revised and corrected L4 Pricing spreadsheet. All other versions of this attachment are obsolete. Offerors shall prepare their proposal submissions in accordance with the revised L4 document. There are no changes to the SIR or remaining SIR Attachments; in response to this posting. Offerors shall prepare their proposal submissions in accordance with SIR Amendment #4. The SIR Closing date remains Dec 20, 2013, 2 pm, EST. All responses to this announcement must be directed to Natalie Burgess, no later than 2 pm EST, Dec 20, 2013. To be considered for award, vendors should be registered in SAM.gov and not listed on the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). Prospective offerors are hereby on notice that any amendment(s) issued to this solicitation will be published at http://faaco.faa.gov/under the current announcements for the FAA Headquarters. It is the Offerors' responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. If an amendment is issued and the Offeror does not acknowledge it, the Offeror may be considered nonresponsive to the solicitation. The FAA will not be liable for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to the RFP, nor reimburse or otherwise pay any costs incurred by any party responding to this announcement.
