- The purpose of this notice is to (1) provide industry with W9113M-13-R-0012 Amendment 0005 and associated revised Section J which includes attachments 2a, 2c, 5, and 6, (2) post the solicitation's conformed copy with all changes thru amendment 0005 and (3) issue Questions and Answers Set 2.
