Description

The purpose of Amendment VA101-14-Q-0023 A00002 is to answer to additional questions as provided below. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect. 1.The Grand Total CLIN is confusing. It is asking for us to add unit pricing for four line items. Should it be the total and you will then compute an average unit price over the four years? a.No. Unit pricing, annual totals, and grand totals should be provided separately. Clarification of the pricing proposal structure: i.Each individual Item should state the unit price for the low- and the high-quantity rates; ii.Each low-quantity annual total amount should consist of a total derived by multiplying the low-quantity rate by the maximum quantity stated; iii.Each high-quantity annual total amount should consist of a total derived by multiplying the high-quantity rate by the maximum quantity stated; iv.The low-quantity grand total is calculated by adding all annual low-quantity totals; v.The high-quantity grand total is calculated by adding all annual high-quantity totals;
