- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Troop Support) intends to support the needs of its customers by entering into one (1) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) per group to supply Fresh Bread and Bakery Items to the customers stated below. This solicitation contains the estimated bread and bakery item requirements for customers in DC, DE, MD, and VA. The solicitation contains four (4) groups: Group I - Fort Detrick, MD Group II: Andrews AFB, MD; Bolling AFB, DC; Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD; Ft. George G. Meade, MD; House of Five Hats, MD; Naval Station Annapolis, MD; Maryland Air National Guard, MD; Marine Barracks, D.C.; Walter Reed Army Medical Center, D.C.; Head Start Program, D.C.; Naval Surface Warfare Center, MD; USMC Henderson Hall, VA; MCB; Quantico, VA; Ft. AP Hill, VA; Ft. Myer, VA; Ft. Belvoir, VA; Ft. McNair, D.C. Group III: Dewitt Army Hospital, VA; Malcolm Grow Medical Center, MD; National Naval Medical Center, MD; USNS Comfort, MD; USNS Comfort TAH 20, MD; St. Elizabeth Hospital, DC Group IV: Dover AFB, DE; Delaware Air National Guard These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Bread and Bakery Products for delivery beginning April 27, 2014 through April 22, 2017. Anticipated solicitation issue date is December 18, 2013. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
