- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to rent vehicles. All prices and costs contained in this agreement shall be stated in US. Dollars and all proposal submissions by vendors shall be provided in English. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension. (b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause.
