Description

The Network Contracting Office 16 - Oklahoma City intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. 2000 Alfred Nobel Drive Hercules, CA 94547-1898 to purchase the Bio-Plex 200 Suspension Array System 100-240V model 171000201. No other vendors support or provide the type of software included with this system needed for building custom assays. This notice of intent to Sole Source is NOT a request for competitive proposals. In addition, no other vendors are being solicited to identify their interest and capability to provide these items as described above. No telephone responses will be accepted. There will not be a determination to conduct a competitive procurement. Justification for this sole source is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
