- Contractor will provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to remove and dispose of existing asphalt shingle roof, black felt paper, replace deteriorated wood and secure any loose decking and replace with standing seam galvanized metal roofing in accordance with the scope of work. All disposal and excess materials will be removed from the work site and disposed of offsite in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
