Vendor Worksheet Sample Task 9 Sample Task 8 Sample Task 7 Sample Task 6 Sample Task 5 Sample Task 4 Sample Task 3 Sample Task 2 Sample Task 1 ESD II Sources Sought The attached SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is issued for the purposes of planning and market research only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations and does NOT obligate the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to award a contract. It will be used to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified small businesses (e.g., 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses and women-owned small) to provide Enterprise System Development (ESD) services as described in the attached documents. CMS is interested in responses to this notice from small businesses (including 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses and women-owned small). Background The Enterprise System Development (ESD) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract encompasses the full range of mission support capabilities that are needed by CMS' Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to operate, maintain, and modernize CMS' systems with a priority on enterprise approaches. The ESD IDIQ is required to support critical Medicare, Medicaid and Affordable Care Act (ACA) Federal Healthcare Marketplace business functions. The requirements will ensure that CMS' goals are met and the enterprise infrastructure is stable and secure during modernization of current systems. CMS have established the following Service Categories under the ESD Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract: • Initiation, Concept, and Planning Services • Requirements Services • Design Services • Development Services • Test Services • SCA Services • IV&V Services • Maintenance Services • ESD Support Services • Data Request Services CMS awarded the initial ESD effort under a multiple award IDIQ, performance based contract in September 2007 resulting in awards to the below contractors: Unrestricted Contractors Small Business/8(a) Contractors CGI Federal 2020 CSC Alta Systems EDS Buccaneer Computer IBM DCCA Lockheed Martin IDL Solutions, Inc. Northrop Grumman iFED SAIC Maricom Systems ViPS QSSI Additional information regarding the requirements is provided in the attached documents.
