- The U.S. International Trade Commission (USTIC or Commission), intends to solict and negotiate under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, with United States Postal Service (DBA Neopost), 2825 Lone Oak Pkwy, Saint Paul, MN. 55121. The USITC anticipates award of a sole source Purchase Order to USPS (DBA Neopost), for postage servicse to the Commission. The anticipated period of performance is expected to be 12 months from date of award. This notice is no t a request for competitive quotations. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses are due on December 20, 2013, at 12pm. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Joy Kingsley-Ibeh, Contract Specialist, at joy.kingsley-ibeh@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
