- Description
- Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under BOA N00019-14-G-0004 to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Stratford, CT to include a base plus three (3) options for the purchase of up to thirty-seven (37) structural enhancement retrofit kits in support of the MH-60S program. Deliveries of the base kits are anticipated by December 2014. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Sikorsky is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience and technical expertise to provide the required supplies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a technical capability statement within thirty (30) days which will be considered by NAVAIR.
