- WANTED TO LEASE BY USDA REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Plymouth (Washington County), North Carolina, is interested in leasing approximately 2838 rentable square feet of office space together with 20 or more on-site paved parking spaces. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2350 to a maximum of 2468 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet of first class, high quality office space available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Preference will be given to first floor space. TERM: The lease is for ten (10) years. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within the boundaries of North: Intersection of West Water Street and Monroe Street; South: NC Hwy 32 N and Newland Rd; East: Intersection of NC Hwy 32 N and NC Hwy 32 N Business (ROPER); West: Intersection of US Hwy 64 W and Long Ridge Rd THE GOVERNMENT CANNOT CONSIDER OFFERS OF SPACE LOCATED IN A 100-YEAR FLOOD PLAIN. OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy within three (3) months after lease award and Notice to Proceed is issued. WRITTEN NOTICE of availability of space must be received by 4 p.m. eastern standard time on January 31, 2014.
