Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Grand Coulee Power Office, has a requirement for Unit G10 isophase bus replacement. The principal items of work include: demolition, removal, and disposal of the G10 isolated phase bus and associated generator surge arrestors and capacitors; furnish and install new three phases of isolated phase bus between G10 generator and K10A transformers and associated generator surge arrestors and capacitors; repair any conduits and circuits in the immediate vicinity of the recent electrical fire that need repair; and furnish and install structural support for the new isolated phase bus where needed. This procurement is set-aside for Smalll Business concerns, and will be a negotiated procurement that will consider past performance and price in the award decision. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237130 and the size standard is $33.5 million in gross annual receipts averaged over the previous three 1-year accounting periods. The estimated price range of the work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available APPROXIMATELY November 12, 2013, at www.fedbizopps.gov.
