- This NSN is being solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR 13.5 and is solicited as an IDPO over the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. NSN: 3120-00-404-2041. BEARING, PLAIN, SELF-ALIGNING. Solicitation Number SPE4A614X0042. AMSC 3D. Estimated Minimum Delivery Order Quantity will be 55 pieces. Estimated Maximum Delivery Order Quantity will be 103 pieces. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at DESTINATION. Stocked Item. Item is a CRITICAL ITEM. Approved Source is CAGE 97613. Item has QCC of FCA. Requested delivery of 090 days ARO. MIL-DTL-197 Packaging is required. This acquisition is solicited UNRESTRICTED; NAICS CODE 332991. Solicitation will result in a bilateral Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO), with a three-year Base Period plus one Option Term of two years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation date is anticipated to be December 13, 2013. The solicitation close date is anticipated to be December 23, 2013.
