- The Southeast Regional Maintenance Center is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having interest in and the resources to support this requirement to maintain barge habitability under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a base period of one (1) year and four (4) option year periods on ships home ported or visiting Naval Station Mayport, Jacksonville, Florida. The result of the market reserach will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurment is 336611. The Government's market research is based on FAR Part 10 and DFARS Part 210, Market Research. Per the preferences in the above mentioned regulations, Small Businesses that do that type of work under NAICS code 336611 are: - Emerging Small Business - Minority/Woman Owned, HUB Zone Certified Small Business - Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business - 8A Small Business If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: Organization Name, address, email address, web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization.
