- RFQ for Physician and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for the Jacksonville Job Corps Center. THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY Management & Training Services, for the Jacksonville Job Corps Center, is soliciting cost proposals for Physician and Nurse Practitioner (NP) OR Physician Assistant (PA) services. The location for these services is 4811 Payne Stewart Way, Jacksonville, FL 32209. Services to be provided are outlined in the scope of work. All bids and associated documents must be submitted via email to patricia.willover@mtctrains.com and received no later than 2:00 PM (MST) on Friday, January 3, 2013. MTC is looking for a Physician with a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: or a Physician who would work the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant hours at the Nurse Practitioner rate. MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
