Description

Synopsis: A project for the repair of various components on two separate York Shipley fired boilers is to be completed at the Thomas J. McIntyre FB & PO in Portsmouth, NH. The dual fuel burner (#2 fuel oil and natural gas) on the York Shipley 50 HP boiler is to be replaced in its entirety. The Aqua-Temp Control valve on the York Shipley 100 HP boiler is to be replaced in its entirety. The work must be completed on the 50 HP boiler before the work on the 100 HP boiler can be completed. A site visit is available / not required - January 6, 2014 beginning at 10:00 am at the T.J. McIntyre Federal Building, Room 109, 80 Daniel St., Portsmouth, NH. This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business. Estimated cost is between $25,00 & 100,000. This solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about 12/31/2013.
