Description

Request for Information / Sources Sought Notice The US Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 6) for the VAMC in Asheville, NC is conducting market research through this RFI / Sources Sought Notice to seek contract sources for rental of a CVX-300 Excimer Laser System, Brand Name or Equal. Seeking Rental of: -CVX-300 Excimer Laser System used for the treatment of peripheral and coronary arterial disease and lead extraction and management. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you are a small business and can provide these items please respond to this notice. Please, no telephone inquiries; however, interested parties may submit their interest and product literature for consideration to Dwayne.tillery@va.gov Responses received on or before December 19, 5:00PM PM EST, will be considered.
