- ****This is a Sources Sought Notice**** This sources sought notice is amended to change the due date. This is a request for information from vendors that are capable of providing services similar to the below summarized Performance Work Statement. If capable of providing services similar to the below Performance Work Statement, please respond to the above point of contact with company name and CAGE code. Capability statements may also be submitted. Summary of Performance Work Statement The contractor shall employ a proven process designed to assist organizations in large-scale behavior change efforts. The process should include necessary training materials, job aides, and other support materials to support cultural change efforts. This training may be held at multiple locations throughout Camp Pendleton to include, but not limited to Camp Pendleton and MCAS Yuma. The contractor shall work with leaders to identify and refine a key goal, which will require a change in human behavior at the frontline of the organization. Success is ultimately determined by progress made on the goal, and more importantly, progress toward achievement of the culture “ Marines are who we are not what we do! The contractor shall work directly with leaders to teach them a proven execution method and develop their leadership skills to plan, execute, coach, and motivate Marines. The contractor will certify leaders in the execution process. Identify and train a select group of leaders to serve as coaches and steward execution process adherence and accountability. Work directly with the leadership to assist in embracing their role in CEL. Provide online tools to assist leaders throughout to address issues as they arise that inhibit the implementation. Develop a Project Management Plan outlining project deliverables, leader certification and coaching timeline, roles and responsibilities, potential risks and mitigating factors, and change management/quality control methods. Design and implement a plan for addressing annual NCO and Officer turnover. Provide administrative and logistical support to the test squadron to assist in scheduling and executing frontline leader certification sessions. Produce a monthly status report outlining the following: activities accomplished for the reported month (e.g., # of certification sessions held, # of manager certified, coaching progress, etc.), anticipated work in the next month, and status of project resources (e.g., funding, personnel, etc.)
