Description

Request for Information FEMA is soliciting the information from qualified providers to provide information on software that may meet or exceed current software requirements. The current remote-server software is used to initiate and monitor activity occurring on blade servers executing HP/QTP automation scripts that provide production support to FEMA response and recovery programs and other government agencies for the purpose of processing large volumes of critical registration/applicant casework and project-specific tasks. As such, this software allows FEMA staff to efficiently and effectively initiate, view and monitor a variety of processes simultaneously executing on these workstations at any given time. The current remote-server software and automation tool configuration simulates actual users working on a PC computer in real time as if using the PC's keyboard and mouse. One can remotely access the remote workstation from multiple locations, using view-only and full-control mode. The current remote-server software provides the capability to manipulate a remote computer and as well as restart the remote machine.
