- Brand Name Justification Pricing Table FAR 52.212-5, 'Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items' This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number DJJI-14-RFQ-0855 will procure LinkedIn recruiting tools to include: 1) Career Pages (Silver) - Product Number CCPSILGRP. Product Description: Custom Content on LinkedIn company profile page. Includes preferred placement on company page for custom content, careers tab, customizable modules on the careers tab, real-time editing, detailed analytics, and jobs targeted to a specific audience. 2) Career Pages (Gold) - Product Number CCPSTRPKG. Product Description: Same as Career Pages (Silver) plus target page content to as many as five target audiences, 600,000 ad impressions to drive traffic to site, and only our ads appear on our pages. 3) Corporate Recruiter Licenses - Product Number NRCRU130. Product Description: LinkedIn Recruiter account with team collaboration, auditing, and network search capabilities. Includes at least fifty (50) InMails per month per license. Also includes basic training and support. 4) Job Slots - Product Number JBSRUT020. Product Description: Reserved annual job posting with ability to change, update, and remove on demand. 5) Recruitment Ads (Work With Us) - Product Number WORK01000. Product Description: "Work with us" banner ads displayed on company employee profile pages. See attached pricing table for quantities. This will be for a base period of twelve months with three additional option periods of twelve months each for a total of forty-eight (48) months. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 561311, "Employment Placement Agencies." This synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a request for quotations using simplified acquisition procedures authorized by FAR Subpart 13.5. The solicitation provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-71. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law and the Federal Acquisition Regulations as appropriate. In the event of multiple technically acceptable quotations, evaluation will be based solely on price. Quotations shall be submitted by 2:00 pm, local time, on December 20, 2013, and shall be submitted electronically via email to the attention of R. Steven Frate at r.frate@usdoj.gov. Quotations shall include the Contractor's CAGE code, Federal Taxpayer Identification Number, DUNS number, and a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, " Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items". This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
