- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following service: Continued System Architect support to develop and implement custom Software and Drivers for the Super Conductor Electronic Conitinuous Recorder Subsystem. POP 6 Months. This requirement is sole sourced to: Alliant Technology Group, 7010 Hi Tech Drive, Hanover MD 21076-1367 as the only available source to meet the sustained 8 hours of continuous recording at a rate of 32 Gigabit per second requirement. Any firms believing that they can provide the system may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
