Description
Wanted to Lease by USDA REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Lewistown, Illinois, is interested in leasing approximately 4,200 rentable square feet of office space, together with 25 on-site paved parking spaces. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,625 ANSI/BOMA first class, high quality, contiguous office space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and substainability standards per term of the lease. Preference will be given to first floor space, single tenancy and existing buildings with vacant office space. TERM: The lease will be a maximum of 5 years. The government may terminate the lease in whole or in part by giving at least 120 day notice in writing. DELINEATED AREA: The delineated area for the Fulton County, Lewistown, IL USDA Service Center is within or fronting the following boundaries: -North: beginning at the intersection of North Loveland Road and E Hoffman Road, heading East to North State Route 97, then heading South East to N Grain Bin Highway, and then heading East to the intersection of North Grain Bin Highway and N Dickson Mounds Road. -East: beginning at the intersection of North Grain Bin Highway and N Dickson Mounds Road, heading South to the intersection of North Dickson Mounds Road and East Avenue L Road. -South: beginning at the intersection of North Dickson Mounds Road and E Avenue L Road, heading West to Highway 100, then heading South to South Main Street/Highway 24, then heading South West to East Dutch Henry Road, and heading West to the intersection of East Dutch Henry Road and North Loveland Road. -West: beginning at the intersection of East Dutch Henry Road and North Loveland Road, heading North to the intersection of North Loveland Road and East Hoffman Road. OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy within five (5) months after lease award and notice to proceed. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building name and address or Site location and address 2. Location of space within the building 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. ANSI/BOMA Usable square feet and the Common area factor 5. Amount of onsite paved parking available 6.
